After a calm, smooth ride up and with Paul at a safe distance behind us, we woke up this morning in yellowtail mode. Having high hopes for getting on them early, things didn't go according to plan and it took Time and Patience to get fish located, and then just because you find them, doesn't mean they"re gonna bite.... like the old saying goes, "you can bring a horse to water but you can't make him drink."
A few rounds of beautiful grade yellowtail was the highlight of our day, and we're keeping our chins and attitude up,and heading towards home for a last day of fishing on the offshore grounds.
Johann Sy smiles big for the camera showing off his nice yellow.

With a reprieve from the weather, we were fortunate to wake up to cooperating tuna, and even a few wahoo to kick off our action packed day. Taking advantage of the nice weather, we set out in search of more tuna and the target species of the day, Dorado. We ended up on a nice school of big Dorado and everyone got enough to take home for family & friends. We ended our day, back in tuna mode with a...... Read More
