7-10-2008
Larry Edwards
A couple of passing storms close to Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, have made the
fishing a bit difficult, both inshore and offshore. On the days one
could fish inshore, the roosterfish bite was excellent, albeit,
mostly smaller fish this week. "Dos Hermanos I" reported in with a
single fishing day with 4 larger roosters, 1 rooster on the fly and
25 small roosters and the "Dos Hermanos II" reported in for one
offshore fishing day with 3 sailfish.
I/Z Climate: Mostly cloudy and some off and on again showers, temps from 70 nights to 89 daytime highs.
Sea Conditions: A few days of rough & bumpy, stormy conditions, making the fishing very difficult, temps from 83 inshore to 84 offshore.
