Fish Report for 9-10-2017

Cisco's SUNDAY report

9-10-2017
Channel Islands Sportfishing

Sunday marks the end of another nice weekend at the Channel Islands. With it, we had our first Bluefin Tuna in our counts, coming from a two day trip offshore. Reportedly, there were a few more hookups but Sharks took the fish before they could be boated. Island fishing remains good for Yellowtail, but for some reason our captains said it was tougher to get a bite today. Lucky for us we are blessed with awesome bottom fishing!

Today’s Fish Count: 10 Boats and 244 Anglers.

44 Yellowtail, 1 Bluefin Tuna, 86 Calico Bass, 25 Bonito, 1 Barracuda, 1 Perch, 7 Sculpin, 56 Lingcod, 14 Sheephead, 529 Whitefish, and 1,342 Rockfish.
