Royal Polaris Fishing Report

5-7-2016
Royal Polaris Crew

Hello everyone; We arrived to Cedros island in the morning, only to see no signs of fish, so it didn’t take long for us to make to the short move over to San Benitos island. There was a slight sign of Yellowtail, but they didn’t bite, so we switched over to the next best thing, REDS.

We had an excellent day of Red rockfish fishing, with most of the Reds in the 3 to 4 pound range. We did manage to get a few Yellowtail away from the salt water dogs.

We are now headed for home and will arrive on Mother’s day. Our weather was overcast, with a slight breeze, and we did get some rain, but that didn’t stop our passenger from having a great day. So until tomorrow, wish us luck.

Team R/p.
