Hello everyone; Well our weather is just wonderful, with clear skies, flat seas, and sunny. It’s warm and we are having fun in the sun. The fishing is very good, but the Taxman (sharks) are out in full force. It’s very hard to deal with this, seeing all these beautiful fish on the bank, and it’s hard to get one through the sharks. They are even eating our trolling lures and kite baits. You would have a tuna jump on the bait, and if the Yellowfin missed the bait, then the sharks would be right there to eat the bait. So the decision was made to make another move, and it’s getting close to the end of the trip, we are making the move to Alijos Rocks. We had a good start there, so we are headed north for now. We did get a handful of Wahoo and Yellowfin through the shark infested waters. We departed the bank at 11:00 hours, and had a great lunch, and the 974 annual Bob Sands poker tournament was under way. I’m sure there will be more poker playing on the way up. The crew did some cleaning of the boat, and getting things ready for their annual maintenance . So until tomorrow, wish us luck and we will keep you updated on our daily events.
