Royal Polaris Fishing Report

Royal Polaris Crew

Good morning everyone; We arrive to Alijos rocks at 10:00 hours, and started out at the Alijos bank, and that didn’t produce much, so we headed to the rocks.

Once we arrived we trolled around for a few, but no luck on the Wahoo. So Roy set the boat up to make a drift for Yellowtail, and it didn’t take long for the Moss Backs to find us.

Most of the Yellowtail were in the 20 to 25 pound range, and just a few in the 18 to 20 pound range. Our weather is just gorgeous, with flat seas, slight overcast, but by mid afternoon, it was sunny and warm.

We fished until 15:30 hours, and we are now headed north, and will make stop at Cedros and San Benitos island, try our luck there. So wish us luck and we will keep you posted on our daily events.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8092 to get in on the action.

They are even eating our trolling lures and kite baits. You...... Read More
