A couple more dandies to go with the “filler” 90 – 120's today along with a fair sprinkling of “skin”. Changing up the program we did some moving around and looking that lead to a welcome discovery. A different zone revealed additional potential and produced just shy of a couple of handfuls of the same size fish that we have been landing throughout the voyage. This certainly bodes well for upcoming trips. One can rest assured that the next rotation of rigs currently descending will expand upon this intel. Otherwise the final fishing morning of this run is on fast approach offering anglers one last chance at the jumbo they came for. Many a trip has been made and/or saved, both individually and collectively in the eleventh hour. Suffice it to say that these anglers are fired up ready to make the most of it. Fine weather and conditions instill a strong sense of optimism as we jump into the breach one last time. Long time Royal Star veteran and journeyman angler Ronnie Koyasako got it done today landing this beautiful 264 with the skill and precision of a master. The first image captures Ronnie practicing his craft while the second details the finished product.
