Fish Report for 6-2-2015

Cisco's Report for Tuesday

6-2-2015
Channel Islands Sportfishing

According to our anglers and boat captains the weather was simply outstanding today. Sun shine and calm sea's gave them a chance to really enjoy the island's fishing experience. The bass were biting the plastic for some boats, while others spent the morning looking for those elusive White Seabass and Yellowtail. Not much success catching the game fish today however late in the day the Yellows made a showing but refused to bite a hooked bait or lure. Fortunately, bottom fishing was solid enough to make sure everyone went home with some tasty Red Snapper and other Rockfish for the day's effort. We'll be back at it again tomorrow, so stay tuned!

Today's Fish Count: 4 boats and 93 anglers.
2 Yellowtail, 17 Barracuda, 60 Calico Bass, 1 White Seabass, 2 Ocean Whitefish, 1 Sculpin, 1 Sheephead and 530 Rockfish.
