Capt Bill Cavanaugh checked in from the Amigo out of Ventura Sportfishing with a trip update, we a go for tonight with a light load headed for the outer islands. The weather forecast for tomorrow is really nice, we have had some excellent shallow water rockfishing, and good Lingcod fishing to go with it. It seems as things are getting better, the Pacific Dawn got a really nice White Seabass and there have been a few Halibut caught. There has been a little bit of squid around and we are going to give the game fish an honest effort tomorrow.
