Today we started offshore in very good water. A few jig strikes from 18-20 # yellowfin, and all of the life signs associated with them made us think we were in the right area.. Then the hours started to tick by. Then the life dissipated. Then we were back in search mode. In the late afternoon we got back on the life giving everyone hope that it was just a time of day thing. And still the fish remained elusive. Then the sun went down, ending a day for very slim pickings. Needless to say we will not be in the same area tomorrow. We will do what we always do here. Pick up the glasses and keep working hard to find fish. Brian
