Today our weather was up a bit, I would call it just a bit sporty. We stayed on the anchor all day scratching a good grade tuna. The catching was better in the morning, but we ended up with another fine day. Darrel Pickford lost a fish early in a tangle, but kept a smile on his face and went right back to the rail. The good karma came back to him in the form of this 171# yellowfin.

01/01/15 Happy New Year to all. We had another very good day of fishing today. We found some fish for a morning bite and caught them on both bait and jigs. Then went to work scratching away at fish that were a bit bigger today on average. We kept one or two going for most of the day and had a lot of 130-145# fish in the mix.
