Today we scratched at the nice grade yellowfin. I personally was looking forward to another great day, but the fish changed their pattern again. After some searching we got on them and had a great visual show of fish blowing out next to the boat for over two hours. During that time we never had more than two hooked. They simply didn't want to bite a bait with a hook. We did manage to fool 13 of them for the day including at least one more cow. I say at least one, because Bruce Posthumous released four fish today. Of those one was estimated at 220 and another was 190-200. We will count the definite cow and conservatively call the other 190.

04/24/14 Today was a pretty incredible day of fishing. We had pretty good action throughout the day. The most impressive part of the day was that the average fish today was around 170#. We finally got a little hit at sundown as well and those were truly giants. Lon storms had the largest fish of the day in the sundown bite. A 351 pound beast. Brian Photo Here... ...... Read More

04/23/14 Today we had a handful of nice tuna in the morning, including a couple of 190's, and then it went stone cold. We searched until lunch time before seeing the sign we were looking for. We managed another 15 tuna before they quit biting in the late afternoon. Of those, 6 were over 200# with another handful between 180 and 196. Overall just a beautiful grade of fish. Today's shot is of Peter and Mark Lorman with Mark's 255# trophy. Brian Photo Here......... Read More
