Today we covered some offshore waters in search of flotsam hoping to find some
dorado and wahoo. We found three pieces of flotsam for the day two of which
produced fish. With short lived frenzies and then a slow scratch we managed a
decent score on dorado and just a couple of wahoo. We could still use a little
more quantity of both and be within limits. We shall see what tomorrow brings.
Dave Kerr and Greg Poldy show a couple of dorado taken today.

From left to right we have: Mike Nagao, Dennis Dowden, Greg Poldy, Don Poldy, Ernie Holmes, Andy Kettley, Bill Bull, Dean...... Read More

11/08/13 Sometimes the best plans work out just right. Today got off to a great start catching both quantity and quality. We found a spot of 30-45# yellowtail and they bit well for about 4 hours. The losses were were high due to their size and our proximity to structure, but the victories added up to a very nice score. After they quit we did some prospecting offshore and came up with a couple of handfuls of 20-40 # tuna, and...... Read More
