Sometimes the best plans work out just right. Today got off to a great start
catching both quantity and quality. We found a spot of 30-45# yellowtail and
they bit well for about 4 hours. The losses were were high due to their size and
our proximity to structure, but the victories added up to a very nice score.
After they quit we did some prospecting offshore and came up with a couple of
handfuls of 20-40 # tuna, and a couple of handfuls of wahoo.

It sure feels like things are changing for the better out here.

Two pictures today, first a shot down the rail with six going in the corner
during our yellowtail bite. Second Allan Isaac, a notoriously slow starter, got
on the board early and often today. He shows an average size yellowtail.

11/6/13 After one night at the dock we got an early start on this 10 day adventure. A good load of bait, beautiful weather in the forecast and an experienced group of anglers, we are all set up.
