The day was ushered in with a stunningly brilliant sunrise lighting the flat
calm sea. We spent a full day traveling down, preparing gear and sharing
stories. By the time the sun dropped behind the horizon with a green flash and a
spectacular crimson afterglow, this group of seasoned anglers, completely
prepared, enjoyed a few adult beverages and the company of both new and old
friends.
Tomorrow we shift modes as we near the waters we will ply in search of our
desired prize. The binoculars are freshly cleaned, the tool belts are strapped
on and we go into work mode. Let the fishing begin.
