We threw the dart last night and hit a bullseye this morning. With a nice catch
already onboard we opted to try a new area and were rewarded big time with a
huge day on 40-80lb bft.
Our first drift was a long plunker that started at daylight on 40-50lb class
fish and turned into 60-80lbers. We got on another school of 40=50lbers this
afternoon that bit with reckless abandon until we left them to go home. I have
to reckon back to the mid 90's to recall a bft school biting this good.
Needless to say an incredible three day and better yet are the stellar prospects
for the upcoming trips. There are still openings on our 7-day trips at the end
of the month, check them out as this is good a setup as one could hope for.
Paul Rubio is in today's shot with an average 50lb class bft gaffed buy
crewmember Paul Caramao.

09/09/13 A nice start to our three day voyage thanks to a lucky kelp that produced daily limits on quality dorado and mixed yft up to 47lbs. An afternoon foray produced no sign of bft so we are going to slide up and look at some new water tomorrow. The bft were incognito overall today, hopefully we're on them in the morning. Jonathan Mitsumori is in today's shot with a 47lb yft which is jp for now. Photo Here... ...... Read More

9/7/13 There is an awful lot to be said for unloading a premium catch of quality fish in premium quality condition - it is a signature of professionalism that distinguishes premier long range vessels from something else. The catch of fish, the condition in which it is maintained during the voyage, and most importantly - the condition in which anglers receive the end product, is a serious responsibility; and not simply because of the investment anglers make in time and capital......
