Fish Report for 2-4-2013

Hi this is Glenn Evans the Charter Master, for this trip I will help by adding some trip updates and photos. Today we departed on the Annual Los Rocas Charter. This 15-day adventure will be heading south to the lower zone in search of giant Yellowfin Tuna. This group of seasoned anglers has two things mind today, big fish and having fun. The fun has already begun this super bowl Sunday, with the day spent catching up with old friends and meeting new ones. Today's photos are of the Los Rocas group, and an Ahi Poke with green curry sauce, the 1st of many fine meals prepared by Chef Jeffery.

As for activities there were few: the usual chores, completing fish processing orders, building on yesterday's yarns that are now at the critical 50/50 tipping point of B.S. to reality. 01/31/13 Mercy. The eagerly anticipated reprieve arrived on cue transformative in every respect. The grave setting subsided as set jaws and serious countenances were replaced with smiles around and continuous friendly banter. What a relief. And it appears to be one that will accompany us all the way to the dock. No doubt these anglers have earned it. Now almost flat calm anglers can reflect and reminisce building upon the story over the next few days while the clean up is attended...... Read More
