An action packed day starting in the dark with a steady yellowtail bite that
lasted until lunch. Very nice grade fish that responded well to all offerings
with the jigs working best.
We went prospecting offshore this afternoon and got into an area that produced
good angling on school yft with a few dorado mixed in. Not the grade tuna we are
looking for but they made for a fun evening.
We are going to give the yellows another try tomorrow before spending the rest
of the trip targeting bigger tuna.
