Fish Report for 2-2-2010
Another tough day of angling in spite of good sign of fish around us all afternoon. We did boat a few 80-120lb fish and hooked one big cow that unfortunately won its freedom. We are spending the night here to hopefully finish up the trip tomorrow on a high note.

2-1-2010Our beautiful weather continues as we sat on the anchor all day for a slow scratch on 80-150lb tuna. No complaints after such a slow day yesterday but we're hoping for a few cows in the mix tomorrow. Today's shot shows regular Jack West with one of his three cows boated this trip. We can sum up today's fishing with one word, brutal. We saw no sign of big fish where we saw them yesterday or anywhere else we searched . We did see a little sign of 100lb fish this afternoon but couldn't get them to bite. As this was the only sign of fish today we're going to start here tomorrow in beautiful weather hoping this was just a down day. We had to borrow today's shot from earlier in the trip...... Read More
