Royal Star

As predicted, Captain Toussaint put together a beautiful day on the albacore grounds with miles and miles of albacore schools to choose from in glorious, flat calm weather. Once again the fish were not in a outrageously suicidal biting mode, but that added up to a full day of very enjoyable angling rather than a one stop shop scenario where the action is over and done before one knows it. In fact, because of the steady pace yesterday, and the fish not biting too good, Captain Toussaint elected to put at least one more day in on the offshore grounds looking to fill out their limits on the fat, 25 - 45# albies before moving to a different zone to specifically target bluefin tuna.
All's well, the weather is primo, and the fishing for beautiful grade albacore is fantastic. What a time to be on the water.
