Fish Report for 9-6-2007
Tim reported great fishing on quality 25-40lb yellows while enjoying beautiful weather in the scenic lee of Cedros today. This fishing has been strictly on the surface, making for very fun angling.
They had their fill by late afternoon and are planning on traveling up the line tomorrow in hopes of spending their final day in the albacore grounds. The weather outlook looks good and the albies have been hitting as of late, so hopefully they can finish up with a bang.

9-5-2007With choppy weather and sporadic fishing being reported from the albacore grounds, Tim opted to start the annual sternhog 5-day at Benitos trying for yellows. They arrived this afternoon and were greeted by less than ideal conditions, but were still able to scratch out a decent day on 15-25lb yellows to start the trip.
