10-21-2004The guys finished up the final three days with classic fall ?ridge? action hammering out a fantastic day for 72 fat ?skinnies? as well as finding insane grouper action on a jumbo class of the big bottom monsters not seen for many years in this region. For whatever reason the wary beasts went on the bite one day producing many opportunities while dishing out their usual punishment to those taking a crack at the worthy predators. A computer glitch has prevented the guys from sending reports but I am pleased to report that plenty of photos are being taken to verify the success of this voyage. In summary, they spent three days at Alijos scratching steady on both quality yellowfin and Wahoo while enjoying good weather. Following the three day anchor stint they headed out looking hoping to encounter the mother lode area of flotsam holding Dorado and wahoo. Sadly the weather took a turn for...... Read More
