Fish Report for 3-16-2004
The one fact we have established without a doubt down here is that one day's success or failure has absolutely no bearing on the next. Yesterday's fantastic afternoon showing of big fish was followed today by a tough go with small tuna filling the void left by the bigger models and very few spots producing any sign of big fish. Thus seems the pattern of one day good, one day slow and we are hoping that tomorrow will bring about a change for the better following today's lack of action. With perfect weather and plenty of time all we need now is a little luck from the fish gods to bring it all together.

A very encouraging beginning with very good conditions and good sign of small and medium grade tuna in the area where the previous two voyages have produced nothing. The fact that conditions have changed so drastically and that we are seeing good indications of small fish leads one to believe that the big fish are around and our time will come.
