The New Seaforth on the morning half day trip returned with 45 yellowtail on the afternoon trip trip catching 37 yellowtail. This is a very nice grade of fish  averaging 20-30lbs and are eager to bite the full size yo yo jigs and dropper loop sardines on 40lb test line.

We also have one and one half day trips departing on Wednesday evenings to fish bluefin and yellowtail on the Cortez bank and Friday evenings to fish yellowtail and rockfish down the Mexican coast.

The Eclipse has a two and a half day trip fishing San Martin Island departing Thursday January 29th at 6pm. Please call Eclipse sportfishing at 619-995-6880 for reservations and information.

The Sea Watch returned this morning from a half day trip catching 16 yellowtail and the New Seaforth on the afternoon trip catching 18 yellowtail. These fish are 20-30lbs apiece, so be prepared to do battle. The Pacific Voyager, Eclipse and Tribute returned from one and one half day trips this morning combining for 260 yellowtail, 400+ rockfish and 67 ling cod.
