The Sea Watch returned this morning from a half day trip catching 16 yellowtail and the New Seaforth on the afternoon trip catching 18 yellowtail. These fish are 20-30lbs apiece, so be prepared to do battle.
The Pacific Voyager, Eclipse and Tribute returned from one and one half day trips this morning combining for 260 yellowtail, 400+ rockfish and 67 ling cod.
The yellowtail are eager to bite the yo yo jigs and the dropper loop sardines on 40-50lb test line.
We have one and one half day trips departing Wednesday nights for the Cortez bank to fish bluefin tuna and Friday nights fishing the Mexican coast for yellowtail and rockfish. Half day trips depart daily at 6am and again at 12:30pm.

Captain Mark Oronoz aboard the Pacific Voyager has called in with 120 yellowtail (limits) and is now on the hunt for ling cod and rockfish to finish up his day and a half trip.
