Horseshoe Lake Fish Report
1-22-2015
Arizona Game & Fish Department
Lake elevation is 1,970 feet (8-percent full).
The water level has increased nine feet during the past week. When the lake is full, there are a lot pf spawning fish. Below the dam on the Verde River, there's probably some great catfish action.
Lots of smaller fish were released into Bartlett Lake. Salt River Project tends to use Horseshoe as a flood retention reservoir, but steadily releases the water downstream into Bartlett Lake.
