Hello everyone;
Weather continues to be good for us, out here at Alijos rocks. We had 10 to 12 knots of breeze most of the day, with clear skies and light sea's.
Fishing for Yellowtail continues to be good to excellent. We had a few anglers try there luck last night, and they were paid off with quality Yellows to 40 plus pounds. Once the sun came up, it was time to try some Yellowfin, but they continue to be off the bite, with only a few caught today. Most of the Yellowtail were in the 30 to 45 pound catogory.
With the weather coming down on the inside, we pulled our anchor and departed Alijos rocks around 17:00 hours, and now we are headed for the Ridge. We will fish the Ridge tomorrow morning, the try our luck offshore for some Dorado and Wahoo. We will look south of Magdalena bay the day after, in hopes of finding some quality Yellowfin tuna. So with that note, I will close for now, but wish us luck and we will keep you posted on our upcoming events. The R/p crew.
P.S. Rich Heinz would like to say hello to his family, and to say he love's you. Can't wait to get home. Rich!!! [:{)
