Royal Polaris Sportfishing Fish Report 10-10-07

Hello everyone;

Weather today was great for traveling south, but if you were going home, it might be an up and down ride. Clear skies, with a stiff wind out of the northwest at 15 to 18 knots.

This was our first day of looking for fish, and we did make a stop at San Benito's Island and Cedros Island. Our first stop was at San Benito's Island. We made a few stops with nothing to show for it, so Roy moved the boat to the south side of Cedros Island. With the wind kicking up, it was hard to drift, so we dropped the anchor. We did manage to pick a few Yellows from the kelp. But it was not enough action to keep us around, so we headed south to Clam bay. We arrived to Clam bay around 21:00 hours, dropped the anchor and caught 1 Yellowtail. We are now waiting for the sun to come up and start looking around. So wish us luck and we will keep you posted on our upcoming events. The R/p crew.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8092 to get in on the action.
