Qualifier Crew

Every angler has visions of wide open tuna bites where the adrenaline is pumping and sheer pandemonium takes over the whole boat. Well today those visions became a reality as the albacore were on the chew. Everyone had a fantastic day of fishing (with plenty of brand new accurate reels to use and wide open albacore bite how could you not). Everyone was always all smiles especially when the give away contests began. The first fish give aways always add a bit of fun as you get to see guys really pull hard on some fish in order to win the contest. Some of the favorites were passed out today included the always popular custom aluminum trolling jigs made by Paul Muhs and a WFO tackle box. The albacore were the nice heavy ones and the weather was good enough. After an exhausting day of fishing and a hearty pork chop dinner compliments of Cappy and John most of the guys have hit the hay early to rest up for what we hope will be another great day of fishing tomorrow. Keep yo! ur fingers crossed for us as the Albies have been known to be elusive especially the past couple of years.
