Captain Justin Fleck called in last night with an update from the Big X. We have been fishing the Upper end of the Ridge the last couple days. We have been catching nice school sized Yellowfin Tuna. The guys who wanted to fish the bottom caught nice Yellowtail. And we got a surprise visit from Wahoo too. We had 29 Wahoo. Lots of Action! The weather has been flat calm. We are going to give it another day!

Excel Headed to the Lower Banks

Capt Justin called in from the Excel as they fished the Ridge today for some good Yellowfin Tuna and Yellowtail fishing and could see the Wahoo zipping around and cutting off the anglers. With everyone happy with the amount of fish they have on board, we are going to take a chance and head to the lower banks and look for some bigger grade tuna.
