Cisco's Count & Report - Monday 11-3-14

Channel Islands Sportfishing

Great weather for the early boats today. Both the Island Tak and Sea Jay left at 4 o'clock this morning in search of yellows and calico's. The Aloha Spirit left at 5 o'clock this morning on it's first "lingcod special" of this fall season. Captain Shawn ran to one of his many spots and knocked out limits quickly for 20 anglers. The rest of the count was filled with nice reds, sheephead, whitefish and even a toothy mako. As you can see from the photos, the weather was awesome at the islands!

Today's Fish Count: 3 boats and 35 anglers
40 Lingcod, 206 Rockfish, 8 Sheephead, 15 Whitefish, 1 Cabezon, 12 Bonito, 63 Calico Bass, 2 Yellowtail and 1 Mako Shark
