Another very good day on the Island Spirit out and about the Channel Islands!!! we had an awesome group today, including a couple of youngsters that did very well!!!  We limited on Rockfish again today and included a photo of an 8lb Salmon Grouper, caught by 6yo Ezra Keller! Ezra fished hard today with his Dad Bobby.

Very lite loads on the Island Spirit tomorrow and through the week, so call if you enjoy and appreciate SPACIOUS FISHING and BIG FISH!!!

3/4 DAY & FULL DAY TACKLE: local islands or coastal fishing. Bring a lite rod/reel combo that you can cast with 12-20lb line. Also bring a medium rod/reel combo with 25-30lb line. Torpedo sinkers ranging from 6oz to 12oz and maybe some sliding sinkers from 1/4oz to 3/4oz. Hooks, bring some 1/0 live bait style for casting an anchovy and 4/0-5/0 circle hooks for the live squid. Barracuda and Yellowtail love the iron, so bring a couple casting jigs in your favorite colors!

REMEMBER: no ice chest's or coolers allowed on any boat. We simply don't have enough room for them. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted, they must be purchased on board in the galley (photo I.D. required). Fishing licenses, rods, terminal tackle, food or gratuity are NOT included in your ticket price.
