Good evening folks. We started our first day of The West Coast Anglers 5 day off shore with action on kelps. With just a few dorado throughout the day and then a great hit on a kelp late in the evening for 12 to 25 pound yellows. We spent the day down below the original area and found what looks like more to come on this offshore kelp paddy fishing. Very good to see more fish moving up.
The water has cooled of a little after the heavy winds that forced us to fish the beach on the last trip , but with the winds down again things are heating back up. Tomorrow we are targeting the bigger yellows at the Island . The incredible fishing on big yellows continues.

The Higgins party aboard El Nuevo hunted for Yellow-fin Tuna and that's what they got! Alex found a school of porpoise near...... Read More
