Again Alex was asked to go look for the Tuna as Rob Burchuk and his son headed out on their second trip aboard El Nuevo. He headed to the same spot as yesterday and like clockwork found a nice school of porpoise and got to work. On their first pass through the dolphin they hooked up with 4 Tuna, second pass added 3 more to the cooler. The next pass Alex told me they had 3 Tuna hooked up when he spotted a Marlin. He pitched live bait to the big fish and sure enough?Ķ hook up! The 2 Burchuk's had 3 Tuna and a Striped Marlin on their lines all at once! After making a couple of more passes through the large school of porpoise they ended their day with 14 Yellow-Fin Tuna and 2 Striped Marlin. Cyndi Figg caught and released a Striped Marlin while fishing with Cesar on Tantrum, while Omar and the Atkinson party hooked into 2 Dorado, a Tuna and a Striped Marlin.
