The fishing for Albacore was good for the anglers who ran out 45 miles from Santa Cruz. The anglers scored 6-26 fish a boat at 36'50/122'53. The water was not perfect but the anglers did get out there and fished all day. The Salmon bite was decent with scores of 0-2 near the East edge of the Soquel Hole and near the Black Buoy. The Salmon were caught trolling 70-130 feet down with Krippled Anchovies, Red Krocodiles, and Green Hoochies. The Rockcod fishing remains great at South Rock and near Natural Bridges.
