Fish Report:
Fishing has been consistent from last week to this week. The prize catch this week was two Stripers that Stephanie Teng, Photo #1 & Photo #2 pulled out on different days weighing 14 lbs. She was using a silver 7 gram spoon casting by the dam.
Trout have been biting PowerBait, bright colors such as Chartreuse or Spring Green are the colors that worked the best. Kastmaster and Nightcrawlers worked well along the lower Narrows and/or East Beach from the shore.
Catfish have been on the bite as well. They have been hitting Anchovies or Nightcrawlers in the lower Narrows by dead trees or brush. Largemouth and Smallmouth have rarely been heard from. When they have bit they reacted to Spooks or Pointers anywhere in the lake. If you target Bass you will really have to search for them.
