Fish Report for 11-25-2013
Where will the San Diego Long Range Fleet be over Thanksgiving
11-25-2013
Bill Roecker
The fleet will be in for Thanksgiving, with the exception of the Royal Polaris, which just left on a long trip. The anglers aboard will celebrate the holiday in the galley, on the tuna grounds. Surprisingly, Baja's nearshore cows have yet to make a meaningful appearance, though tuna fishing in the southern zone has improved, along with fishing for dorado and wahoo. A few days ago, the Vagabond reported taking an 80-pound yellowtail. Fishing at Hurricane Bank and the Buffer Zone has been typically good if not spectacular.
