KINGSTON CANYON SECTION (October 25) Water flows are down to 15 to 20 cubic feet per second, and the river has cleared up to its standard, non-irrigation season cloudiness. Brown trout get aggressive in the fall as they prepare to spawn, so try using streamers and flashy lures. Call the Circle Valley Anglers fly shop at 435-577-2168 for up-to-date conditions and fishing reports.
