Fish Report for 10-23-2013
Royal Polaris enjoys beautiful weather & a bite that was both frustrating & scratchy
10-23-2013
Bill Roecker
"More of the beautiful weather today," said the Royal Polaris report October 21, "with plenty of sunshine. Fishing was fun, a bit frustrating and definitely a scratch bite. We had 16 quality Yellowtail, 1 Dorado, 5 Grouper, 30 to 40-pounds, and 20 Wahoo. We also had a good Yellowfin tuna bite on 30 to 40-pound fish. We only landed seven and I am guessing the Taxman (sharks) got at least 30 to 40 fish."
"After about 45 minutes of six to eight going we pulled the anchor and left. Tomorrow we will be looking for kelps. Wish us luck please in finding the right one."
