What a fantastic day! We got on a school of Yellowfin around 11 am this morning and had great fishing all the way into the dark. There was 3-8 fish going all day long. Most of our fish today were in the 80-140 lb class with a few going to 160-175 lbs. This was an all day drift and when the sun went down we started catching them on the jigs. What a fun day.. We will catch some bait tonight and clean up our tackle with new top-shots and get ready for tomorrow. Larry Brown was a hot stick today landing many large Tuna using his Phenix Rods and Avet Reels. The new Phenix Rods were the 7002x, 7003x, 7004x. These rods were very impressive for the size and flexibility. Larry would like to send a big hello to his wife Marie. "The Intrepid Team"
