Good evening anglers and Intrepid enthusiasts. It was another fun day here on the Intrepid. Our day started off around 5:30am when Dave Brewer hooked into a Big Yellowfin on a Tady 15. The fish made a mad run and then turned around and charged the boat, after a couple more runs Dave's fish made it on the deck and taped out at 220 lbs. We then had a very nice morning bite on both the jigs and on bait. When the bite was over we made a change of pace and went out looking for some Wahoo. We found them in several different areas and everyone had a blast with exciting stops and many multiple hook-ups. The end of the day was just like the beginning with big Yellowfin biting the jigs into the dark. What fun it is to have 150 lb Tuna slamming jigs like Yellowtail. Fishing is good and Chef Javier is hooking us up with some very fine Sushi, Sashimi, and Pokey, and tonight he is preparing his famous Wahoo Enchiladas. Life is Good!! "The Intrepid Team"
