Scratch fishing today for both the Big Tuna and the Wahoo. The morning bite never got going, so after a few hours and only a couple of fish we were back on the hunt. We found a large bird school way out to the Southwest that was holding fish, but they didn't want to bite for us although they did put on a good show crashing on baits. After lunch the conditions started to change and good life began to show. We were fortunate to get on a spot of fish that wanted to bite for a few hours this afternoon and save our day. Big fish today went to Eric Traut who landed a fish around 225 lbs. Lou Jimenez also got a nice fish around 175 lbs. We will enjoy Javier's Baby Back Ribs tonight before catching more bait for tomorrow. "The Intrepid Team"
