Fishing at the Owens River Gorge is very average right now

Water Conditions: Fishing conditions are great on the Owens River Gorge. The flows are at 40 cfs as of 8/1.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Fishing on the Owens River Gorge is OK. Since it's summer be sure to watch your step for those long, fanged creatures. Take plenty of bug spray.
Recommended Flies:
DRIES: parachute adams, sierra brite dot, elk hair caddis, yellow sally, extended body bwo, cdc baetis dun, parachute caddis, stimulator
NYMPHS: sulphur may, copper johns, prince nymphs, hares ear, birds nest, ap emerger, wd40, variety of midges
STREAMERS: Matuka, Goat Leech, Crystal Bugger, hornbergs
