The Bass bite has been good at San Pablo Reservoir

San Pablo Reservoir
Lake Hours: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Boats must be off the Water: 7:00 PM
Boat Launch Area is Open: 7 days a week with snacks and drinks available
Last Plant: 800 lbs. of Catfish were planted on Tuesday 6/25/2013. Water Temperature: 75 degrees
Catfish are biting on nightcrawlers, anchovies and shrimp around the boat launch .
The Bass bite has picked up for people using drop-shots and Crank Baits. Catfish have started biting on nightcrawlers, Anchovies and Shrimp at the boat launch shoreline area, Scow Canyon and Oak Point. Trout are still being caught early in the morning from the shoreline near the Main Recreation Area, Pines, the Tower and across the other side of the lake at Sandy Point and in Scow Canyon. Chartreuse, Spring Green and Green Pumpkin PowerBait ave all been effective. The Broken-Back Fire-Tiger and Panther Martins seem to work best if you are trolling. Bass are being caught using drop-shots and crank baits.
