The Trout bite has been very good at San Pablo Reservoir

San Pablo Reservoir
Lake Hours: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Boats must be off the Water: 7:00 PM
Boat Launch Area is Open: 7 days a week with snacks and drinks available
Last Plant: 1,080 lbs. of catchable trout and 120 lbs. of Trophy Trout from Mt. Lassen on June 18th. Water Temperature: 70 degrees
The trout bite is good and are being caught near the shoreline at the Main Recreation Area, Pines, the Tower and across the other side at Sandy Point, in Scow Canyon. and The shoreline near the boat launch area is also catching trout. Green Pumpkin, Chartreuse PowerBait has been working well. As have Mice Tails, Broken-Back Fire-Tiger and Panther Martins have been working for those who like to troll.
The Bass bite has picked up for people using drop-shots and Crank Baits. Catfish have started biting on nightcrawlers, Anchovies and Shrimp at the boat launch shoreline area.
