Royal Polaris catches 20 Yellowtail, 6 Wahoo and 1 Grouper
7-4-2013
Bill Roecker
"Our weather and conditions at Alijos could not have been any better," reported Royal Polaris July 3. "We had pristine blue 71-degree water but unfortunately there was no sign of tuna, and the yellowtail did not want to bite all that well. On the bright side we did catch a few wahoo.
"We ended our day with 20 yellowtail, six wahoo and a tan grouper. We are currently headed to the ridge where we hope the yellows will be there to greet us."
