May 17-19th Trip Report: Charkbait 2 day Exploratory with SAC Spotting Plane

We found very clean blue 60.9 degree water, 90 miles southwest of Mission Bay. The water this time of year was surprisingly clean and had signs of bait and Spanish Jack. Sea conditions were less than favorable for exploring offshore.
