An early report from the DAILY DOUBLE this morning has some pretty good Calico Bass fishing for the trip so far along with one 14lb. White Sea bass. The afternoon trip has plenty of room, so grab your fishing tackle and come on down The NEW LO AN still has a few spots available for tonight's trip. This trip is a "Will Run" and will be fishing for Yellowtail and Bonito along the Baja Coast. Cost of the trip is $135.00 and includes your Mexican fishing permit and bunk. The MISSION BELLE departs daily at 6am for 3/4 Day fishing trips to the Coronado Islands. Cost of the trip is $105 and includes your Mexican fishing permit. The DAILY DOUBLE is running 1/2 Day trips departing at 9am Monday through Friday. On the weekend, trips depart at 6:30am & 1pm. Cost of the trip is $45 for adults and $38 for juniors, seniors and active duty military. The POINT LOMA is running local ?? day trips fishing for Halibut. Trips depart Thursday through Sunday at 7am. Cost of the trip is $66.

We have the NEW LO-AN leaving tonight on an overnight trip with plenty of spots open! We have been receiving reports from boats offshore that they have been getting into Yellowtail in the 8-12 lb. range. They also have been reporting nice weather and ideal conditions for today and tomorrow. We don't have any report from the NEW LO-AN today, but yesterday they got into a mix of Yellowtail and Bonito. Today, 31 anglers aboard the Mission Belle ended up with 9 Yellowtail, 7 Barracuda, 2 Calico's, and 1 Bonito. We’re starting to see a mixed bag of surface fish coming into the island as of late.
