Conditions improve... Fishing continues to pick up in the Ventura/Channel Islands. Water warming and cleaning up.. signs of white seabass and barracuda with even some halibut reports coming in now. The bait situation has improved nicely.. big anchovy in the wells and squid at the islands for those willing to jig it.
