Fishing is still great at the reservoir, our last plant was on Thursday March 14th, for 500 lbs of trout from fish and game, which brings our season total of trout plants to 22,250lbs. Our next trout plant is for Sunday March 17th for 1,000 lbs from fish and game.

Trout: March 11 Ron and Michelle roses from Lafayette caught their limit of 10 trout all around 3 lbs.They were using nightcrawlers as bait and were fishing off the southend from a boat.

March 16th Mark Charvet and Dave and Josh Pillion from San Pablo caught 3 trout, one was 5lbs and the other two were 1.5lbs. They were using broke back rapalas and castmasters for bait and were fishing off the Southend. (see above photo)

March 17th 7-year old Benjamin from Oakland caught a rainbow trout using worms while fishing off the East cove.(see Photo #1).
